About Us

Mission Statement

EPPE’s mission is to enrich the lives of underrepresented communities with resources that empower positive change in education, employment development, housing, health & welfare.

About EPPE

The EPPE Corporation was established for the purposes of servicing the Del Paso Heights (DPH) community and its surrounding areas. EPPE is located inside of the Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (MBC) and is a separate community outreach entity. EPPE's projects and services are to benefit the community and the Greater Sacramento Region at large.

EPPE has operated on a volunteer basis to date utilizing existing resources that support collaborative efforts.  However, the DPH community has a much greater need for more available and on-going resources. As a result, EPPE is in close cooperation with Mt Calvary MBC and its 3.3 acre property holdings, in an effort to develop a campus of community resources, including implementation of the following: an educational facility, community & recreational center, outdoor amphitheater, garden and orchard, produce market store, and other amenities designed to support local residents of the area.

Currently, Mt. Calvary MBC and Ubuntu Green, a non profit corporation, are working collaboratively to establish EPPE's most targeted effort to date, the Del Paso Heights Community Garden @ Mt. Calvary MBC
